Professional Experience
Meet Christine Moriarty, Criminal Defense Attorney at Hirsch Law Group. Christine has dedicated most of her legal career to criminal law, bringing years of experience from both prosecution and defense. After graduating from The John Marshall Law School, now UIC School of Law, she began her career with the Kankakee County State’s Attorney’s Office, where she served for several years. She later worked as an Assistant Public Defender in Kankakee County while also maintaining a private practice.
After taking time away from the practice of law to raise her four children, Christine returned to the legal profession, advising a legal nonprofit organization before resuming private criminal defense practice in the Chicago suburbs and now Central Illinois. She considers it a privilege and a profound responsibility to guide clients through some of the most difficult moments of their lives, combining her legal experience with a genuine commitment to providing compassionate, professional representation.
