Melanie Fialkowski, Partner and Criminal Defense Attorney at Hirsch Law Group. With over two decades of experience in criminal law, Melanie began her career as an Assistant State’s Attorney in Cook County, where she spent 13 years gaining deep insight into the criminal justice system and law enforcement practices. For the past 13 years, she has used that knowledge to fiercely defend clients facing charges from traffic offenses to serious felonies, including DUIs, drug crimes, and weapons offenses. Having tried hundreds of cases before both judges and juries, Melanie is a seasoned litigator dedicated to protecting her clients’ constitutional rights.
