Professional Experience
Meet Brandon Phetsadasack, Associate Attorney at Hirsch Law Group. Brandon focuses his practice on criminal defense and brings valuable experience from both sides of the courtroom. Before joining the firm, he served as the Head Misdemeanor DUI Prosecutor for the Sangamon County State’s Attorney’s Office, where he personally handled hundreds of traffic, DUI, and misdemeanor cases. There, he built, charged, and tried cases from the government’s perspective, giving him firsthand insight into how prosecutors evaluate and litigate criminal cases.
Today, Brandon uses that experience to defend clients facing DUI, traffic, misdemeanor, and felony charges throughout Central Illinois. His prosecutorial background allows him to anticipate the State’s strategy, identify weaknesses in the prosecution’s case, and develop effective defense strategies for his clients. Brandon is committed to providing every client with a strong defense while keeping them informed and supported throughout every stage of their case.
