Gordon H. Hirsch is the founder and managing attorney of the Hirsch Law Group, a multi-practice law firm that handles thousands of criminal and civil cases in more than five counties across the State of Illinois.
Mr. Hirsch started his career as a prosecutor litigating cases from the government’s perspective. In 2013, Mr. Hirsch organized the Hirsch Law Group to protect and defend the rights of all people accused of committing criminal offense. With his prosecutorial knowledge, Mr. Hirsch takes an aggressive approach to criminal litigation, securing legal victories for his clients and negotiating favorable outcomes when trial was not in the client’s best interest. Gordon H. Hirsch has litigated hundreds of criminal cases at all levels and sections of the Illinois Criminal Code, including, but not limited to, misdemeanor and felony traffic offenses, aggravated DUI, criminal trespass, residential burglary, retail theft, robbery, misdemeanor and aggravated battery, domestic violence cases, criminal sexual assault, aggravated unlawful use of weapons, unlawful use of weapons by a felon, manufacture and delivery of narcotics, and homicide.
