PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Meet James Brzezinski, Senior Criminal Defense Attorney at Hirsch Law Group. For over eight years, James has focused his legal career on criminal defense in Lake County, handling thousands of cases ranging from speeding tickets, murder charges, sex crimes, orders of protection, and domestic violence. He is especially skilled in defending clients facing DUIs, major traffic violations, and murder. James has participated in several bench and jury trials in which he fought for and received Not Guilty findings in many of them. No case is too big or small for James to take to trial or represent. A lifelong Lake County resident, James has built strong ties with the local legal community by regularly attending events with prosecutors and judges—giving him valuable insight into how the system works.
